How do fees work?
Each plan has a small platform fee per sale (5%, 2%, or 1% depending on your tier). Card processing fees are handled separately by Stripe and are deducted before earnings reach your balance. When you request a payout to your bank, a 2.25% transfer fee applies.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will be prorated and reflected in your next billing cycle.
What happens to my products if I downgrade?
Your products and customizations are preserved. If you exceed the lower product limit, your existing products remain live but you won't be able to add new ones until you upgrade or remove some.
