What payment processor fees apply?
In addition to TinyShelf fees, payment processors (Stripe/PayPal) charge approximately 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction. Pro+ users only pay these processor fees with no additional TinyShelf fees.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will be prorated and reflected in your next billing cycle.
What happens to my products if I downgrade?
Your products and customizations are preserved. If you exceed the product limit, you can still manage existing products but won't be able to add new ones until you upgrade or remove some products.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees, ever. You only pay the monthly subscription fee for Pro and Pro+ plans, plus any transaction fees based on your plan.
